Research

Staff and postgraduate students of the School of Creative Communication research contemporary culture and creative practice. Most are also creative practitioners, and our research results in creative as well as conventional products.

FIRST 2007

FIRST is an anthology of creative writing produced by students at the University of Canberra.

Students have the opportunity to submit creative work for consideration for publication to this anthology each year. Interested students also have the opportunity to work on the small editorial committee alongside teaching staff, experienced in editing and publishing, who act as guides and mentors. In this environment students have the chance of producing a professional anthology of quality work, increasing their skills base and knowledge about the publishing industry.
